SBSHK (Systemic Business Support HK) was created in 2014 to provide exclusive support to clients to manage their day to day lifestyle needs and to provide Executive Level Administration to small businesses owners and independent entrepreneurs. 

Why systemic and what does it mean?  Both good questions!  

For me, systemic means looking at the whole organisation, not just the tasks or issues that surface day to day. In PA, admin, coaching, and small business management, challenges are rarely isolated — they’re connected to people, processes, and structures that shape how work gets done.

My focus is always on the people within any organisation. Systems only thrive when the individuals inside them feel supported, clear, and empowered. By working systemically, I don’t just streamline operations or tidy up admin; I help create alignment between people, priorities, and processes. That way, solutions strengthen the whole framework, not just one corner of it.

It’s about building resilience, clarity, and sustainable growth — so small businesses and their teams can flourish together.
